With cooler nights and financial stress upon us, a good night on the couch can be a great place to settle in, relax, warm-up, and very little is needed to make it an enjoyable experience.

Seeings how it’s ‘cold in them there hills’ right now, a good pair of socks, slippers, a wearable blanket, pair of long johns, or a quilt are ideal for keeping the chill out. One of my favorites are the slippers with lights on them; what a cool concept! 

Readers may appreciate cozying up with a good fashion or classic comic book, a coffee-table book of art, or a fashionably covered New Testament Bible. And, journals are something both readers and writers can enjoy.

The incorporation of LED lighting allows designers to come up with really wild ideas, including lamps you plant, lights that look like milk, and candles. Regular lighting and candles are great too and with all the various designs to choose from, almost any taste in decor can be accommodated.

Lastly, wine or coffee to sip on and chocolate (or significant other) to nibble on throughout the night!
