The girls at 3iying aim to give female consumers what they really want. In a world where we are bombarded with ads, there is a lot of competition, and millions of different marketing approaches. So what makes an ad good or bad? And how can companies best reach their targets?

"3iying's 'adflip' video series exposes how billions of dollars are blown on bad female marketing," the company says.

3iying is a group of young girls and women who look at ads today and let YouTube users know why those ads failed or excelled.
