Sony electronics has put their competition on notice with their 3D display concept.

Cylindrically shaped, apparently viewers can walk around the screen to view the image from all angles, without the use of 3D glasses.

This Sony 3D prototype produces a stereoscopic (3D), 24-bit color image which measures around 96 x 128 pixels.

If this becomes available to the public, television will never be the same again!
