To give your shoes a little more personality, Ian is giving you 33 alternative lacing methods on his website dedicated to shoes. Nearly three dozen methods are explained in detail, with an entire page dedicated to each complete with drawn diagrams, photos, and written descriptions.  Whilst mathematics tells us that there are more than 2 Trillion Methods of feeding a lace through the six pairs of eyelets on an average shoe, this section presents a (somewhat more realistic) typical cross-section of traditional and alternative lacing methods that I've either found or created or that have been sent to me by web site visitors.
