The $300 million Oracle Virtue Buy is Extravagant

The giant marketing platform Virtue that operates as one of the main Facebook advertising services has been bought for $300 million dollars by software company Oracle. The $300 million Oracle Virtue deal will enhance Oracle's social media activity and fanbase. Operating in the realms of Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and others, Virtue offers the company a service that is of great demand in the social media age.

Being out of the loop on the social media frontier has proven to be a non-option. To not adjust is to die out, which is the ultimate doom of any brand, company, or product. As a result this deal is set to bring social presence to the corporate giant. Earlier this year alone Oracle also bought Taleo for $1.9 billion as a talent management resolution.
