As shocking as it may be to hear, Tinder's newest feature is one that doesn't emphasize romance, dating or hooking up—instead, the swipe interface is being applied to this year's 30 Under 30 list from Forbes.

This feature on the app will exclusively be available to the young Millennials who make the cut for the list. Once logged in, they will be able to network with one another in the same quick style in which speed dating is conducted. The app will also feature news feeds, user directories and messaging capabilities in order to "mobilize this community to help change the world."

The swipe-style interface of Tinder has been used for everything from matchmaking people to pets, apartments, jobs, recipes and retail purchases that they will love. Because of this, it's interesting to see Tinder now exploring other uses for its platform.
