The 2012 BAFTA Red Carpet Had Lots of Black and White Looks

While the 54th Annual Grammy red carpet came to life outside of the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the 2012 BAFTA red carpet took place outside of the Royal Opera House in London, England and was hosted by Stephen Fry.

The toast of the season in film and television graced the 2012 BAFTA Red Carpet and several stars turned out in black and white, ultra-formal looks. Jon Hamm, in Tom Ford and Daniel Radcliffe, in Antonio Azzuolo, both worked the tuxedo choice well, while stars like Michelle Williams, in H&M (surprisingly) and Octavia Spencer, in Valentino, also chose black and white looks.

Tilda Swinton wore white Celine, Kristen Wiig wore white Alberta Ferritti and Meryl Streep looked regal in a dramatic black Vivienne Westwood gown. Stats for Dramatic Monochromatic Fashion Trending: Older & Chilly
