‘16 and pregnant’ premiered on MTV last night. The 6 part documentary is centered around the difficulties many teens face as they become parents at a very young age.
After teenage celebrities such as Jaime Lynn Spears and Bristol Palin recently gave birth to their own children, it seems that many are only seeing a glamorized version of teen pregnancy. ‘16 and pregnant’ is a harsh reality check that shows teens juggling school, work and kids while trying to maintain a regular youth lifestyle.
