Wine pairings can sometimes be a little daunting because there are so many options. However, many wines are self-explanatory and indicate the foods that enhance its flavors. Even a type of biscuit is produced to pair with wine in order to enhance its natural flavors and vice versa.
Such examples of wine flavorings are cheeseburger wines, cannibal wines, and carnivorous wines that all enhance the flavors of meat. There are even tomato-based wines that pair well with vegetables and even popcorn, and cupcake fusions.
It's important to think about the types of foods that aren't typically paired with wines and to develop ideas based around that niche. Just because a type of food isn’t typically paired with wine doesn’t mean it can’t be.
