$4.3 Million McLaren Boasts Crimson and Gold Aesthetics

The website “Stuff on My Cat” is cute, but putting stuff on your McLaren supercar? Especially when the stuff is rubies and gold accents, it just screams show-off. This gallery truly shows a representation of Pimp my McLaren.

Here’s the recipe if you want to repeat it: Take one Mercedes SLR McLaren, add 500 rubies and 24K gold to (bad) taste. Paint the leather gold, add gold plating to every surface on the interior. Add brilliant hooker red paint, add a cowcatcher and wing.

You now have a 1000 horsepower car that people will look at and point. (At the same time they will be stifling giggles.) Some Swiss firm paid $4.3 million for this ubercar to be lacquered and gilded.
