With the market in tech wearables exploding as more and more people get into the fitness tracker craze, some are taking the wearable element more seriously and creating pieces that are not only technologically advanced, but visually pleasing as well. These creatively designed devices are wearable in more than one way and think outside the box beyond the standard wristband or pendant.

To make tech wearables seem more attractive to mainstream audiences, specifically women, some design-focused brands are integrating technology into jewelry pieces. Others are making smartwatches look like standard, analog timepieces. Of course you can also go the other way and add a customization aspect so people feel anything but ordinary.

Discreetness is definitely a theme, however, as tattoos, patches and penny-sized inventions are becoming more prevalent. Even custom-fit ear pieces are being made.
