From Network Streaming Services to Randomized TV Streaming

Netflix, Apple TV and other independent streaming services have proven that there can be successful platforms for streaming television. Although it has taken some time for other businesses and networks to come on board, many have recently jumped on the streaming train in order to secure their existing customers while also appealing to younger generations who are unfamiliar with the term 'cable.'

These examples of streaming television range from online platforms that complement existing cable subscriptions and standalone options that cut the cord completely. Although many streaming television services are bound to adopt the latter as cable continues to phase out, there is something to be said solely about its convenience and customization. Streaming television, in whatever form it currently takes on, ensures that people can access content whenever and wherever they please.
