Florentijn Hofman Creates Unnaturally Obese Stuffed Animals

Florentijn Hofman’s solo show at Galerie West in The Hauge (located in the Netherlands) is completely super-sized. The exhibit called “Dushi,” features unnaturally large stuffed animals placed in rooms.

The “Dushi” collection is supposed to highlight the function and feeling of these childhood comfort toys and how those associations are lost when a plushie becomes larger than life.
