Lenovo IdeaCentre A600 Features Motion-Driven "Air Mouse"

For those of us who thought the desktop PC was dead, Lenovo introduced its upcoming IdeaCentre A600 all-in-One desktop at CES 2009.

The new all-in-one from Lenovo is the slimmest all-in-one PC in the industry and comes packed with power.

The new IdeaCentre A600 is said to be the “next generation of desktop computing” and was the star of this show at this year’s CES. The PC features a 21.5” display, 1920x1080 pixels, 16:9 ratio, integrated speaker system with a bass subwoofer and Dolby Home Theatre, and your choice of Intel Core2 Duo processors, optional ATI Radeon graphics card technology with DirectX10 support, 4GB of fast DDR3 memory, and up to 1TB (1000GB) of hard drive space. The system also features a motion-driven “air mouse” that works like Wii controllers.

If you’re looking for a beautiful PC with lots of power that doesn’t take up a lot of space, the new all-in-one from Lenovo might hit the spot. The system will be available in March 2009 at around $999.00.
