Along with her white, bride-like gown, Jennifer Aniston donned a side-swept braid across her forward, working like a band to pull aside her open locks at the 2009 Academy Awards.

Jennifer Aniston dazzled on stage at the Oscars, her hair braided back to reveal her tanned, surprisingly youthful-looking skin. Most 40-year-olds wouldn’t dream of weaving a braid into their hair, but rather than looking silly, the He’s Just Not That Into You starlet looked stunning, and could likely spur a new hair trend.
