Linda Clifford’s eccentric Hoolaskirts are inspired not by the Jetsons, but by a trip to the Burning Man Festival. There, she was inspired to create her own walking art installation, and Hoolaskirts certainly excel in that endeavor.

Linda Clifford has a background in corsetry, and her cage-like Hoolaskirts certainly feature that structured influence. Hoolaskirts are meant to be worn as a part of a party outfit; while they’d be right at home at a rave or massive event like the Burning Man Festival, I’m fairly positive that Hoolaskirts wouldn’t be welcomed as appropriate attire for more intimate holiday affairs.
