Health and fitness was a big focus at CES 2015. As people become more invested in leading healthier lifestyles due not only to more readily available information about such concerns, but also to availability of wearable and connected technology that helps keep people on track, health and fitness is a natural industry to be invested in.

Whether that means refining the smartwatch in order to provide more sophisticated data concerning workouts and nutrition or providing a product that helps prevent chronic pain, the CES 2015 health and fitness innovations addressed a variety of different issues. True to form, some of the designs are more attainable than others, but all of them point in the direction of self-betterment and self-care, putting these concerns directly in individual's hands.
