Globalization is bringing people of the East and West closer, which is also bringing forward evermore creative fusion foods. Lately we've seen a movement in instant noodle-infused western dishes like grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers and even cupcakes.
Aside from the ramen craze, other Asian dishes are being manipulated using North American ingredients. Eggrolls have been made with cookie dough, sushi rolls with fruit and wontons with baked pumpkin pie mix.
