The variety in these Fight Club spinoffs is a testament to the strength of its cult following.

As one of the most controversial movies of the 1990s, Fight Club has become a renowned cult classic. As with any other blockbuster release, diehard fans flocked to all the movie merchandise they could get their hands on. Fight clubs as seen in the movie also began popping up all over America, resulting in a few copycats' arrests. Now that the initial wave of popularity and infatuation has simmered, more docile forms of such groups have emerged. For example, there are underground pillow fight clubs all over the world, as well as parodies featuring disgruntled Victorian women who want to let off some steam.

As a movie that still resonates with millions, it is a relief that the extent of its popularity today reaches only the engraving on soap bars and quotes on laptop skins.
