The latest commercial from Absolut Vodka shows that in an Absolut world, men and women would understand each other.
The spot involves numerous situations when the man or woman is saying one thing, but means something totally different.
So what does this Absolut world look like? A woman tells her late date that she just arrived when she’s in fact been waiting 26 minutes. In turn, the late date tells his girlfriend that he’s a block away when he is actually ten blocks away.
The Absolut ad also features the ultimate question, “Do I look fat?” which really means, “Please tell me I look skinny.”
