I am a 22 year old city girl who is originally from a small boonie town called Alliston.  After moving to the city to attend U of T’s English Literature and Political Science programs, I discovered the glories of Toronto and city life.

I currently live in a house downtown with four other lovely ladies, a temperamental Hedgehog named Nigel and a deaf cat named Perry.

Seizing the opportunity to work for Trend Hunter is pretty up there.

Something that catches your eye for a split second but is on your mind constantly days later.  If it gets you excited and you want to share it with others, it’s usually cool.

It’s not a secret that meeting new people, going to new places and trying new things is the key to discovering fascinating trends.  My trends are usually 40% trend hunting and 60% trend stumbling.

I love that it is a hub for anything and everything.  There is a huge range of eclectic topics and people in the Trend Hunter community.

The CapSac. Hands down.

Make your articles a reflection of you.  Everyone has their own style and flair.  Find yours and go with it.

I constantly have ideas buzzing around in my noodle so I just try and hone in on one in particular. 

The most inspiring and exciting thing to me is when I see others get excited and inspired.  When I see others living life to the fullest and enjoying themselves, I can’t help but be drawn to them. 

I can’t say decisively where I will be in 2020. But realistically, I’d like to think that my husband(s) Michael Cera and/or James Franko and I will be happily dwelling together in a understated downtown loft beside our sweet and elderly neighbor Keith Richards.
