What is unique that's not in your bio?
I have four nationalities and speak French and Spanish fluently as well as some Italian.
What's your favorite accomplishment?
For three years, I worked retail in the same costume jewellery boutique in downtown Montreal where I created unique pieces that caught the eye of several stylists. Seeing the pieces in the glossy pages of Fashion Magazine and Clin d'Oeuil magazine was really rewarding!
What is your secret to uncovering trends?
I just randomly stumble upon them, like ideas. Also being able to consult sources in French and Spanish helps.
What do you enjoy most about Trend Hunter?
The variety.
What is your favorite trend?
Stuff about guerilla-like interventions (art, marketing, hacktivism, protests etc...)
How do you reset to be creative?
Curiosity... it was mislabeled as a Sin but it's really a virtue. Research and being exposed to new things will only satisfy it for a short while.
What inspires or excites you?
Listening to people talk about what they are passionate about. Even if it's something I've never heard about before, being exposed to new things is refreshing.
