Wyne Veen Transforms Peculiar Ice Cream Flavors into Art

Wyne Veen is an artist and food photographer known for creating some curiously unique pieces of art. In this series of installations, Wyne Veen draws inspiration from the ice cream flavors of a creamery located in San Francisco. This particular shop is known for carrying unusual flavore. Veen took the ingredients in these flavors and reconstructed them into in a visual model.

Wyne Veen used a combination of real food and various textiles to create the installations. For the banana chocolate and bacon flavor, the artist has chosen to use white bananas, chocolate Easter eggs and uncooked strips of bacon in his creation. This art is equally as unusual as it is fascinating.
