Cartier has just launched its ‘Winter Tale’ campaign in anticipation of the coming cold months. The newly released film featurew two animated panthers who jump around luxury bangles, watches, rings and bags, animals that are commonly associated with the same sense of pulence that the brand boasts.
Winter Tale maintains a targeted social media focus. The clips are now being broadcasted on Cartier’s Youtube and Facebook accounts in addition to its home website. This blast coincides with its past L’Odyssée advertisements which also used panthers to display high end pieces.
The magic and mystery that abounds this marketing project is consistent with the house of Cartier. Many consider it to be the ultimate in high end adornment, giving way to an almost spellbound consumer culture.
