If you’re hungry for a volcanic meal then you’d better get over to Iceland. All I can think about is Dante’s Peak.
Chef Fridgeir Eiriksson is the man behind the volcanic meal. He decided to take advantage of the eruption of the Fimmvorduhals volcano by cooking a once-in-a-lifetime meal on the volcano. Two guests were given the red carpet treatment (literally), and served a meal adjacent to a lava field. All I can say is, “Wow.” More details about this epic volcanic meal are below.
