Many people have a great appreciation for the timeless and logical layout of the analogue clock. The Vaum Wristwatch is certainly a futuristic second-counting accessory, yet it upholds the more traditional means of communicating the hour.
The face of the timepiece integrates four dials, in fact. There is one central set of lengthy pivoting hands and three smaller circles that denote distinctive measurements. Each of the moving parts and the indicating notches on the face of Steel Drake’s chronometer is enhanced with a neon luminous accent. These are visible only when you touch the quartz transparent glass.
This thick, scratch-proof and protective cover over the mechanisms of the Vaum Wristwatch maintains a clean, minimal and mysteriously empty look most of the time, complemented by the streamlined white or black band.
