To date, the Fall 2011 lookbooks I’ve had the pleasure of seeing have been nothing but original and enticing, and the Tsolmandakh Munkhuu collection is certainly no exception. According to Trendland, Tsolmandakh ”Tsolo” Munkhuu is a Mongolian-born, Paris-based womenswear designer who started her own line in 2010 after winning the Public Award of the Hyères Festival.

Her line is inspired by a fun mix of traditional Mongolian native fashions, Buddhist motifs and urban flavor. Her use of color is limited to blacks, tans and neutrals that are perfect for fall, and it is the variety of textures, wide array of materials and fabrics, and wildly shaped cuts that make the collection so dramatic and original.

The Tsolmandakh Munkhuu Fall 2011 lookbook is full of tribal flavor and features patterns of designs that are likely to emerge widely in the fashion world this upcoming season.
