Typographic Transit Maps
TRNSPRTNATION Uses Words to Guide Commuters Around Major Cities

Maps from centuries ago always featured some unique, bizarre and beautiful artwork, and these TRNSPRTNATION maps aren’t letting cartographers from centuries past hog up all the fun. These typographic transit maps outline the major subway routes of metropolises, only they’re using words to do this task rather than a series of easy-to-follow colored stripes.
Each TRNSPRTNATION transit map can be purchased as a print to adorn your bedroom or household wall. I’d say the most impressive subway system of the bunch has got to be London’s, with its gridlike aesthetic and well-formed geometry.
