Junior Jacquet is certainly a patient artist (as I suppose most are, and is why I am not one). He uses simple toilet paper rolls and creates complex faces.

The toilet paper faces by Junior Jacquet are carefully manipulated, as too many bends in the roll ruin the look of the final image. The creations not only impress me because the completed image is so detailed (frown lines and all), but because who would think to use toilet paper rolls as an artistic medium?
