As the lines begin to blur between ready-to-wear fashions and, well, crazy couture thanks to celebrity influences like Lady Gaga, designers like Tetsuya Uenobe have hopped on the creatively bizarre wagon.

Having designed shoes that are inspired by animals both real and mythical, Tetsuya Uenobe has created a line of wearable art. All hand-made, the Japanese designer has definitely created something unique, I’m just not sure I would dare to wear them.
