File Folder-Inspired Shelves
The Tab Bookcase by EJ Pak Keeps Items in Order

{SummaryTitle}

The Tab Bookcase is modeled after a drawer of file folders. But instead of horizontally, these slots have been placed vertically to accommodate items other than pieces of paper. Other than that, the Tab Bookcase boasts a standard boxish silhouette that does not seem very special until put to use.

Created by Korean designer EJ Pak, the Tab Bookcase is keen on organization. Like the file folders, the vertical walls can be slid into any arrangement needed either to separate objects or act as a couple of long book ends. In this way, the four sliding panels keep things in place perfectly. It is these panels that allude to the file folder influence since they look like tabs. Although they slide in place easily, they stick just as well thanks to magnets.
