The T-11 Parachute Gives U.S. Army a Much-Needed Update

The new T-11 parachute is replacing the T-10 parachute. That may not mean a lot to a civilian, but to a military man this is big news.
The T-10 parachute has been used by paratroopers in the U.S. Army since the 1950s. The T-11 parachute features several improvements such as an upgraded harness, 28 percent larger canopy and a redesigned reserve parachute system. The T-11 is capable of carrying a paratrooper with a total weight of 400 pounds to the ground safely. Check out more on the links below.
