Contemporary Circus Couture
The SW Madame Editorial Exudes Festival-Worthy Looks

By: Jana Pijak (Superstar) Jan 17, 13

The ‘SW’ Madame editorial graces the European publication’s February 3013 issue. This circus-ready portrait series stars Elite Models face Yulia Kharlapanova who is lensed by photographer Kevin Sinclair. Kevin captures Yulia in studio as she sports a monochromatic patterned wardrobe from some of today’s top designer names.

Wardrobe stylist Natalie Manchot hand picks the model’s expressive ensembles dressing her in garments from the likes of Hermes, Veronique Leroy and Emilio Cavallini among a slew of others.

Whether showcasing clashing pattern pairings or stacked top hat accessories, the ‘SW’ Madame fashion story embraces a zany circus aesthetic in a palette of black and white. Inspired by clowns, acrobats and ring masters, this editorial replaces campy costumes with chic haute couture garments.
