The base of these deceptive delectables is comprised of vanilla cupcakes stuffed with your choice of chocolate or vanilla ice cream. To create their faux fishy appearance, the cakes were slathered with a spot of frosting and rolled in shredded coconut for a rice-like look. Gummy candies were added as a final flourish to simulate the seafood centres of traditional maki rolls.
