Montreal-based artist Olivier Lefebvre has created a Steve Jobs apple portrait to honor the visionary tech guru’s passing. This portrait is literally constructed from 3,750 deer apples, apples that have fell to the ground and begun to rot.
There have been a ton of tributes to Jobs as of late, but this apple portrait is especially touching thanks to its literalness. The Steve Jobs apple portrait also gets points in the awesome column due to the sheer amount of time and creativity required to create such a tribute such. Anyone can mock up a quick design on their computer, but it takes a dedicated creative to arrange a portrait using over 3,000 apples. The result is absolutely stunning.
