The Spoke Art Museum’s ‘Quentin VS Coen’ art exhibit takes three of Hollywood’s most successful and iconic movie directors and pits artwork inspired by their films side by side for public consumption.
The Quentin VS Coen Brothers art exhibit, curated by Ken Harman, features the work of over 100 artists ranging from digital artists to screen printers to painters. No artist was given any restrictions in creating pieces for the exhibit. Artists were allowed to recreate their favorite scenes, characters, and moments in any movie in the director’s history, which created an incredible and comprehensive collection of work.
Personally, I’m a big sucker for Reservoir Dogs. My favorite work in the Quentin VS Coen Brothers art exhibit is visible in the video and features Harvey Keitel’s character, Mr. White, reaching—with a bloody hand—into the back seat to grasp the hand of the character played by Tim Roth, Mr. Orange. Check out the video and the pictures to see if your favorite character from the Tarantino and Coen Brother filmography made it into the Quentin VS Coen art exhibit.
