Yes, the most beloved of Irish holidays is on its way, so now is the time to celebrate the green isle in all its glory. What better way to revel in the luck of the Irish than with these deceptive stunning spuds.

When you think of the Irish, two things generally come to mind: booze and potatoes. Baird decided to marry the two and created these trompe l’oeil sweets. Comprised of a sugary sandwich of sponge cake and green Irish cream icing, these darling Potato Petite Fours are disguised in a veil of marzipan made up to look like a potato.
