Solar System Chocolates
Japanese Chocolate Makers 'L'eclat' Create Out-of-This-World Treats

{SummaryTitle}

If you’ve ever wondered what Saturn tastes like you can now find out because, according to Japanese chocolate makers L’éclat, it tastes suspiciously like rum and raisin.

For $50 you can get your hands on these L’éclat planet chocolates, handpainted to resemble those in our solar system. Unfortunately this means no Pluto, but at more than $6 a pop, the addition of any dwarf chocolates may have seemed slightly cheeky.

The chocolates are arranged in line in a solar system-themed box, making them almost too pretty to eat. However the tempting range of flavors (Mercury is Mango Coconut; Venus is Cream Lemon; Earth is Cocoa; Mars is Orange Praline; Jupiter is Vanilla; Saturn is Rum Raison; Uranus is Milk; and Neptune is Cappuccino) plus the ability to truthfully say you have eaten the whole of Jupiter is hard to resist. Either way these planet chocolates will leave Mars Bars and MilkyWay Magic Stars everywhere quaking in inferiority.
