Modern Mayan Chairs
This Pink Acapulco Chair is Made Up Of Mayan Weaving Technology

By: Thomas Wade-West (Prodigy) Sep 27, 13

Based on a Mayan hammock weaving design, this pink Acapulco chair is both traditional and modern. The actual design would make for a pleasing addition to any small household room.

The Acapulco chair uses this weave design to create a hammock/cradle-like sitting situation in which the body can almost hang. The chair is made up of vinyl cord, which allows for some flexibility in movement and adjusting yet provides much durability. The actual chair measures 30 inches wide and 35 inches deep and will accomodate up to 300 lbs. This chair would make a perfect addition to a modern home or perhaps a company looking to add some extra flair to its office decor.

The Acapulco chair is available for sale online for $410. Side-effects may include napping upon contact.
