I haven’t been seeing a lot ‘fitness furniture’ of late—and that’s surprising because there was a slew of then only a few months ago—so I’m happy to introduce to you the ONGO Seat. Part chair, part exercise equipment, it’s a piece of furniture that will ultimately better your life.
Essentially, the ONGO Seat has a built-in ball at its base that follows every movement the sitter makes. Each movement creates a rolling noise that encourages the sitter to “prevent tension, strengthen back muscles and improve posture,” according to Contemporist.
