Traumatic Alarm Clocks
The OKITE App Will Embarrass You on Twitter if You Hit the Snooze Button

By: Ana Lopez (Star) Sep 11, 11

OKITE app is a free iPhone application created by Eureka that will make you think twice about hitting the snooze button in the morning. Consisting of an alarm clock app that is linked to your Twitter account, this Japanese creation posts an embarrassing or confusing message each time you press the snooze button.

The alarm format is the same as the default iPhone alarm; you only need to download it and indicate whether you are a female or a male. If you dare to press snooze, the consequences are catastrophic: random tweets such as “dressed as a sailor now” or “not enough talented people like me in the world” will appear. Sounds like a traumatizing experience to me.

For those snooze-button fanatics who care about their Twitter followers, Okite app is an interesting option to keep them away from their precious morning snooze.
