I’m in awe of the O-14 Tower. Although I’ve seen some very impressive architecture designs before, they were usually just concepts that may or may not be followed through with. But this skyscraper did not only see the light of day, it’s completely done and awaiting an audience.

Designed by Reiser + Umemoto, the O-14 Tower is located in in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that such a stunning building has taken up residence in the land that knows no excess.

With its unique, perforated exoskeleton, the O-14 Tower boasts an unburdened core that enables efficient, column-free open spaces throughout the building. This 22-story commercial building will be home to offices since it is located in Dubai’s Business Bay section.
