The Nino Selimaj $1000 pizza gives a whole new definition to gourmet food! The owner of Nino’s Bellissima Pizza spent over a year researching the ingredients that would make some wealthy customers eager to get their hands on a $250 slice. He finally decided on including a creme fraiche base, four types of caviar, sliced lobster tail, salmon roe and some rare wasabi. Each slice is topped with a different kind of caviar and Selimaj truly believes there is a market for this high-end pizza.

If nothing else, the $1000 pizza is a brilliant PR move for the recently opened New York Pizzaria. Even those who can’t afford the luxury slice may settle for a less expensive alternative for the chance to catch a glimpse of the culinary high-life!
