Bulbous-Bellied Tables
The Moonland Coffee Table Offers Space-Age Interior Storage

Drawers and cabinets are so last millennium, as the Moonland Coffee Table asserts. This rather alien-looking piece of furniture was designed to sit by your sofa and to store an assortment of possessions in an unfamiliar way.
Six tubular legs encircle the round table giving it sturdiness and height to support the unusual element beneath the black lacquered MDF tabletop. A large semi-spherical bulge made from steel is installed below it, seeming to hang down by the weight of itself or its contents to just inches above the floor.
The top of Marco Guazzini’s LEM-inspired piece can be removed so that various items can be placed inside. The Moonland Coffee Table hides your living room clutter to achieve a mess-free and minimalist 21st century home.
