A highly invasive, government-funded application that uses GPS technology to monitor sickos has finally been created.
No, I’m not talking about something useful like alerting the authorities when a violent, sexual offender is on the loose. I’m talking about Japan’s mobiles that track swine flu victims. This project is 100% volunteer-based and makes use of phone networks, as the mobiles effectively alert the uninfected of potential close swine flu encounters.
