When I saw this pieces I just had to post them: They are from Kawano Takeshi and are a part of his ‘Artwork for Fabrica’ series.

Takeshi’s concept is strong and simple. His sculpture subjects are the animals most affected by global warming, a penguin, a polar bear and a reindeer. Each sculpture looks like it’s melting into the surface, a clear reference to global warming.
