Fashion photography is commonly known for couture styles mixed in with high-fashion models and juxtapositioned scenery. Madame Peripetie (a.k.a Sylwana Zybura) infuses many of these high-fashion elements with abstract and conceptual ideals, making her photography an unusual escapade of color and texture.

Much of her photography reminds me of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ with the faceless characters, cartooned poses and and checkered fashions.
