{SummaryTitle}

Luccon by Juergen Frei is the world’s first commercially produced transparent concrete. Stylishly sturdy, it is made of 96% concrete and 4% fiber optics that have been layered together to allow the light to pass through. Expertly sealed, it is as strong as solid concrete, but has the look of polished marble.

Available in various thicknesses between 10mm and 500mm, Luccon by Juergen Frei comes in any color, as well as thermally rated and veneer formats. Very versatile, it is the winner of the Red Dot International design award and the IF Material Award and Designpreis.

Luccon by Juergen Frei has been used all around the world including “hotels in Cork and Athens, artworks in Tokyo, shopping malls in Seoul, display cabinets in Macau and benches in public parks in Singapore and Austria,” according to the website.
