Impress your guests at your next backyard barbeque by grilling up a savory lobster dog, such as the one served at the Roger Smith Hotel in New York City. This hot dog has been seriously upgraded by having a heaping stack of buttery, tender lobster piled on top of a savory wiener.

Hot dogs and lobster are two very popular summertime dishes and the combination of the two is pure genius. The Lobster Dog is certainly an unconventional fusion between street vendor-style and fancy fine dining. Although I have yet to indulge in this dish, I can only imagine how flavorful it would be.
