NYC-based lingerie retailer Journelle is on the road this summer in a newly-renovated vintage airstream trailer. The Journelle team is all about creating an easy and enjoyable experience for shoppers. “Lingerie is a tough thing to buy for all women”, says Claire Chambers, Journelle founder and CEO. “There are benefits to being physically there with someone who knows what they’re doing to help you get the right thing. Nothing can replace the in-person experience.”
Inspired by the posh dressing rooms in its Big Apple stores, Journelle’s trailer ‘The Grey Lady’ is equipped with plush banquettes, paneled walls, a fully stocked champagne bar, and, of course, a generous sample of designer lingerie. While sipping champagne and sampling small bites, shoppers can receive a bra fitting from the store’s expert staff. Talk about a New York shopping experience!
